A decent ramen place in a convenient location. It seemed like the only not-too-touristy restaurants along a busy tourist street. The trick with the ramen vending machine to purchase your ticket is to put in money first before pressing your selection. Multiple people got tripped up by this.

I had the katsuo seafood based soup and it was superb. The mentaiko rice is very delicious too. Queue might be long if your timing coincide with the tour bus. This is the ramen you have to try if you are in Fukuoka.

It's too crowded during or near to lunch time. Made me feel so nervous to finish my food cause everyone on queue were staring at you waiting, which I don't quite enjoy.

The price is much cheaper than Yilan (680/980), and the egg is only 100 yuan more, and the ramen is also about the same as Yilan. The soup is a little bit lost, but the overall CP value is better than Yilan. However, Yilan next door seems to have a special pentagram bowl, which is quite unique, but I am not a candidate and I do nΓ’β¬β’t know what to match.

We arrived at 11:00 on weekdays without waiting.The soup was easy to drink.Noodles are extra fine! I felt the amount of noodles was large.It is similar to crab ramen.The service and the taste were both common.

The ramen and gyoza is great. There is no English menu, but it's not difficult to order food. You order from the machine which has photos of the food. The staff is so helpful. The time I was there, a male staff came and explained eveything about the menu on the machine. He can speak English and Chinese.
